Jhabindra Pd. Adhikari works as a coordinator at Pro Public, Nepal. He has a decade-long experience in peacebuilding, conflict transformation, mediation, social accountability, and development activities. Over these years, he's found his niche in social cohesion, reconciliation, mediation, and capacity building for social accountability. The focus of his current work is to organize and facilitate community and regional-level social dialogue events dealing with the past to create and offer a safe space for the community to share their agonies and enable them to mingle, and he serves as a mediation trainer. In addition, he continues his work to bridge the gap between perpetrators and victims on common ground while leveraging the strength of empathy, gender equality, freedom of speech, transparency, and accountability.
