Jenny has 16 years of experience in teaching English and supporting English Language Learners in diverse and economically challenged settings. Jenny designed and implemented programs to enhance the educational experiences of students, as well as professional development programmes training and mentoring staff and promoting best practice in pedagogy and policy. She holds a Master of Arts in Education from The University of Greenwich. She is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in education so that all learners (and teachers) feel seen, respected, and celebrated in the classroom.
