A career civil servant, Jeanette started out at the Ministry of Defence working on Singapore's defence relations with international partners. In a moment of serendipity in 2009, she became one of the founding members of the Centre for Strategic Futures. Since then, she has worked in roles connecting foresight and geopolitics. In her current role, she oversees the Centre's research agenda, its extensive international networking efforts, and work in growing foresight capability across the public service. She is married with two children.
