Jane Owen is the program associate, Cutler Center for the Rule of Law based in Washington, DC. As such, she is responsible for supporting design and implementation of all Cutler Center programs in Washington, DC and Salzburg. Her role encompasses program planning, execution and evaluation, fundraising, and network engagement. She came to Salzburg Global as the 2023-2024 Davidson Impact Fellow, acting as coordinator of the Cutler Fellows Program and assisting the development team. Jane holds a B.A. in Africana studies with a minor in Hispanic studies from Davidson College.
