Ioanna Poulou

Ioanna Poulou is manager of global public policy, Europe, Middle East and Africa at The Walt Disney Company, since 2024. Based in Brussels, Belgium, Ioanna supports the company’s policy objectives in the region, with a focus on European affairs, working closely with the European Union (EU) institutions to advocate on key regulatory matters. Before joining Disney, Ioanna worked at Brunswick Group, advising clients on European regulatory affairs with a particular focus on sustainability issues across various industries. Prior to that, she held a public policy role at EY, engaging with EU stakeholders and monitoring policy developments in sustainable finance, digital, and tax matters. Ioanna holds a master’s degree in European law and is fluent in English and French, in addition to her native Greek.
