Dr. Holly Birkett is the Co-Director of the Work Inclusivity Research Centre (WIRC) and Co-Director of the Equal Parenting Project at the University of Birmingham. Holly's research field is careers and career transitions and she is currently conducting research into parental leave policies, flexible working and Fathers in the workplace. Holly works extensively with government departments, employers and NGO's in the UK to to improve access to flexible working and parental leave policies in order to promote gender equality.
