Henrique Nogueira Macedo is a Senior Public Prosecutor with outstanding performance in articulation and inter-institutional dialogues in the area of public security, combating crime, supervision prison system and Human Rights. Born and raised in Brazil, Henrique served in the Brazilian army during law school. He became an army officer and lawyer, joining the Public Ministry (2005). He became a Master of Law (2009) and a Bachelor of Philosophy (2016). Phd in philosophy in progress at UFMG. At the Public Ministry, he served as Coordinator of Criminal Prosecutions and Penal Execution, in addition to being a member of the Penitentiary Council of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais and the National Council of the Public Ministry in Brasília. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Fraternity for Assistance to Convicts, he develops voluntary work to expand humanized prison models throughout Brazil and twelve different countries.
