Heira Hardiyanti is a co-operator, a board director at the Institute for Indonesian Cooperative Development and Studies, and an educator at IKOPIN, where she completed her master's in cooperative management study. She currently serves as a GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) consultant for the Ministry of Agriculture on Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Support Services (YESS) Program by IFAD. After stepping down from her position as chairperson of the Women Co-operator committee, she continued her work in women's collective empowerment and youth movement as GCE Mentor. She is also a co-founder and coop education director of MyCoolClass Cooperative - a teacher-owned learning platform. In addition, she has experience working with non-profit organizations, social enterprises, cooperatives, corporate social responsibility, policy analysis, women and youth Development, and community engagement. Heira is a fellow at the Post Growth Institute Fellowship program 2021-2022.
