Heike Yürgüc is the Head of Career Orientation Projects at the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Berlin). She leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of education and industry, focusing on designing effective structures for career guidance, strengthening school–business collaboration and embedding impact-oriented practices. Her professional background includes several years in large international companies in strategic communications and project management, as well as two years as a Leadership Fellow with Teach First Deutschland, where she taught and coached students in a high-need school while completing an intensive leadership programme. Heike holds a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of the Arts Berlin and brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, organisational development and the design of sustainable, measurable programmes within the education–industry ecosystem.
