Ms. Akrong is an Award Winning, global transformational HR Business leader with over 20 years knowledge and expertise working with multinational, Fortune 500 Companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and Africa. She is currently the HR Director for Vodafone Ghana. She has been recognized both locally and internationally for her contributions to the HR field, her work creating an equitable organization and putting the spotlight on issues that disproportionally affect women, as well as building successful teams and positioning Vodafone Ghana as an employer of choice. She holds an MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a first degree in Marketing from the School of Administration, University of Ghana
