Hang Hybunna is the head of the program and partnership at Plan International Cambodia. He has spent 20 years working with several organizations in community development through a rights-based approach and promoting positive behavior and gender transformation. Hang's other expertise includes interacting with stakeholders at all levels (national, regional, district, and community) for learning and sharing best practices, success stories and challenges, joint monitoring and training facilitation, mentorship, delegation, and coaching.
