Haironesah Domado is a doctoral candidate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University, furthering her expertise in fostering positive change and sustainable peace in challenging and conflict-affected environments. Haironesah has over 15 years of experience in development, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding in the Philippines. As a consultant, she has collaborated with national government agencies, local governments, and civil society organizations in the Philippines for several projects addressing conflict and violence. Her work, which focuses on practice and research, addresses critical issues such as governance, poverty, gender inequality, social exclusion, instability, and insecurity, impacting the most vulnerable and marginalized populations in the Philippines.
