Hadeel leads partnerships at the Office of Development Affairs, Presidential Court, where she drives strategic collaborations that advance the office's development agenda. With over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement and philanthropy, she has built impactful alliances with international institutions and networks. Hadeel was part of the founding team of the Frontline Heroes Office and previously led health initiatives with the Special Olympics. She holds a master's in international public health.
