Guillermo is a Brussels-based associate and public policy advisor in Squire Patton Boggs' Public Policy team, specializing in EU and international trade. He is a member of the Brussels Bar. Prior to joining private practice, Guillermo gained experience at the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization's Appellate Body, in Geneva. He holds an LL.B. in Politics, Philosophy and Law from King's College London, an LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe, a Master of International Affairs degree from the Hertie School, and a Master of Law degree from the Free University of Brussels. He is a Spanish national.
