Gary Born

Gary Born has been ranked for more than 25 years as one of the world's premier international arbitration advocates. He is widely regarded as one of the world's leading authorities on international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution. Over the course of his career, he has acted as counsel in more than 750 international arbitrations under all major institutional rules and has served as an arbitrator in over 27 proceedings. He is the author of several leading works, including International Commercial Arbitration and International Arbitration: Law and Practice, which are widely cited by courts and tribunals worldwide. He has taught at leading universities globally and served as President of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Court of Arbitration. He is consistently ranked by Chambers as a "Star Individual" and has received numerous international awards for his contributions to arbitration.
