Gale Dulal is the electrification sector specialist at the Ministry of Public Utilities. Since 2016, she has been responsible for providing technical expertise and strategic direction for the electricity sector of Trinidad and Tobago to the Permanent Secretary and/or the Minister of Public Utilities. She also represents the Ministry of Public Utilities on several interministerial committees regarding electricity. She is a member of the Board of Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (BOETT), the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT), and the international Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Trinidad and Tobago Chapter (IEEETT). She is a past vice chair of the Women in Engineering, a subchapter of IEEETT. Gale is a member of the Congress World Broadcast Network (C-WBN) and is actively involved in voluntary and charitable initiatives. She holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
