Gabriella Triantafyllis is chief artistic programming and production officer at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), in Athens, where she leads the strategic design and delivery of cultural, educational, and recreational programming across one of Europe’s leading public cultural institutions. Her work explores how cultural organizations can function as civic infrastructure—spaces for participation, exchange, and long-term social value. Gabriella also serves on cultural advisory boards in Greece and the UK. With over 15 years of experience across the performing arts and creative industries, she has worked at the intersection of artistic practice, institutional development, and cultural policy. Previously, Gabriella served as general manager of BIOS and managed Romantso, Greece’s first creative industries incubator, contributing to the growth of Athens’ independent cultural ecosystem. Her background also includes work in theater, film, and television distribution, and artistic production as a co-founder of the music-theater company The Beggars’ Operas. Gabriella’s work has been recognized with the British Council’s Study UK Professional Achievement Award. She holds a B.A. in theater studies (DUX) from the University of Athens, and an M.A. in film and TV production (Distinction) from the University of Bristol, UK.
