Gabriela Aratangy Pluciennik is the program coordinator at Fundação Maria Cecília Souto Vidigal. At the foundation she is resposible for program coordination, institutional representation, partnerships development, knowledge management, and strategic planning.Since 2000 her work is fully dedicated to the social sector, especially in the rights and development of children and youth area. She has published and organized several articles and books relating to children and youth.She graduated in law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo and holds a MBA in management and social entrepreneurship from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA)
