Frederik Otto is the founder of The Sustainability Board Report (TSBR), an independent non-profit think tank that examines the relationship between sustainability, leadership, and corporate governance. Frederik is an expert in global business and management with over 15 years of experience. He started his career as an entrepreneur in 2007, and since 2012 Frederik has been a leader in consulting multinational companies on organizational and human capital strategy. Besides running TSBR, he is the global head of client ESG & impact for the advisory and outsourcing practice of The Adecco Group, the world's leading provider of human capital management solutions and a Fortune Global 500 company. Frederik is a member of The Council for Inclusive Capitalism, a movement of business and global leaders who are committing their organizations to build a more inclusive, sustainable, and trusted economic system. An advocate for lifelong learning, Frederik holds several credentials in business administration and strategy from various international business schools and universities. He is also a Fellow in corporate governance of Salzburg Global Seminar.
