Fitriana Herarti

Fitriana Herarti has more than 25 years of experience working with families and young children, with a particular focus on the design and implementation of parenting programs. Fitriana's expertise includes conducting needs assessments, developing program and training modules, facilitating capacity-building initiatives, and mentoring and coaching community facilitators. Five years ago, she shifted focus from direct program implementation to policy advocacy at the national level. Since then, Fitriana has been recognized by government stakeholders as a subject matter expert in parenting and family support programs. She currently focuses on the development of policies and strategies aligned with the Nurturing Care Framework to strengthen support for young children and their caregivers.
