Faisal is a leader, implementer & thinker with over 20+ years' international experience of organisational management, politics and public policy, and international development. This includes "public sector innovation and start-ups" and organisational change inside and outside of government, in particular using behavioural insights. He is the founder of Think Test Do which is a learning, discovery and enhancement partner to organisations globally. Faisal was the inaugural Executive Director of the Policy Innovation Centre in Nigeria (Africa's first national level "behavioural unit") with Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. Faisal founded the OECD work on Behavioural Insights and is responsible for a number of OECD publications. He was also Chief of Staff for the Executive Director. Faisal is Visiting Fellow at University of Cambridge's El Erian Institute of Behavioural Economics and Policy. He serves on a number of International Committees and advises several governments and public bodies. He graduated from the University of Oxford.
