Eunice Mueni Williams is an Assistant Research Professor at the REAL Centre, University of Cambridge, specialising in Early Childhood Development research in Africa. A demographer and international development researcher with expertise in education, she has over a decade of experience working at the intersection of research and policy across Africa. Her current work focuses on enhancing the visibility, accessibility, and use of research evidence produced by African scholars, particularly in early childhood development and education. Previously, she worked with African governments and development partners to promote evidence-informed policymaking and advance investments in human capital development. Her broader research interests include the relationship between research and policy, educational equity, social inclusion, and the empowerment of young people and women. Eunice holds a PhD from the University of Southampton.
