Euan Wilmshurst is a senior advisor, non-executive director, and trustee with over 30 years of experience across strategic communications, advocacy, education, and social impact. He works with senior leaders to amplify their influence on society, climate, and systems change-particularly at the intersection of education, philanthropy, and the climate crisis. Euan's leadership roles have spanned IBM, CIFF, Pearson, WPP, Coca-Cola, and most recently the LEGO Foundation, where he led global advocacy and communications. He currently advises organisations including HundrED, Cambridge Partnership for Education, Street Child, and Fundação Santander Portugal. He serves on the boards of STiR Education, Home-Start UK, Playground Ideas, NudelKart, and Svitlo Education, and is a member of the World in 2050 Brain Trust. A long-time advocate for learning through play, he has helped shape major education and development initiatives with the GPE, CGI, DFID, and others-always with a focus on equity, sustainability, and impact for children.
