Erika Dähler Meyer is the founder and co-director of the swiss association a:primo. The purpose of a:primo is to support sustainable early childhood development and education initiatives for socially disadvantaged families with preschool children in all regions of Switzerland. She is leading the development team for schritt:weise, which is a play and learning program for 1- to 5-year-old children that focuses on using existing family resources and on the empowerment of parents. Ms Dähler Meyer studied social work in St. Gallen, Switzerland and received her MBA in social management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
