Eoin is a Policy Associate in the Governor's Office of the Council of Europe Development Bank, where he contributes to the institution's mandate to promote social cohesion across Europe. Eoin has a keen interest in Just Transition policy and financing frameworks as a means of ensuring that the benefits and burdens of climate policy are equitably shared. He believes that climate action can serve as a positive driver for social cohesion in Europe, especially by engaging marginalised communities in policymaking processes. Eoin has an MSc in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE), and graduated from the University of Groningen with an LLB in International & European Law as well as a BA in Philosophy of Political Science.
