Eloïse Haylor is Network and System Change Lead at the charity Big Change, a catalyst for long-term changes to how we support the next generation. She is currently focused on the role of intergenerational collaboration in its ambitious new national project, Subject to Change, and on supporting Big Change's global network of pioneers and peer organizations to work together to catalyze system transformation. As a geographer, Eloïse loves connecting ideas, people and places. She is committed to the craft of holding space to facilitate system change at different scales - from the global to the personal. This ranges from activation towards the Sustainable Development Goals previously with the World's Largest Lesson and presently with Colombian charity Wom-En, to her practice as a massage therapist and circles facilitator with Space To Pause.
