Research Manager, Ipsos B and A, Ireland

Eléonore Maréchal is a research manager at Ipsos B and A, where she manages projects for Irish government departments and EU institutions, leading stakeholder consultations that inform national strategies on gender equality and migrant integration. Based in Dublin, she specializes in stakeholder engagement, project management and public policy research. Through the Public Policy New Voices Europe Fellowship, she aims to deepen her understanding of European approaches to policy implementation and explore pathways toward mission-driven work, particularly in relation to AI, social justice, education, and the arts. Growing up in France and having lived in Ireland for the past seven years, Eléonore brings a European perspective to her work. She holds a first-class honors degree in philosophy, political science, economics and sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
