Eduardo is a Judge in Brazil, dealing with child protection, youth justice, and child victims. As a PhD in human rights, he coordinates the pedagogical activities at the São Paulo State School for Magistrates re children's rights. Eduardo is also a researcher in the area, both in Brazil - currently working with drug trafficking as the worst form of child labor, and internationally - coordinating comparative research at the International Association of Youth and Family Judges and Magistrates, mainly on child participation in different areas.
