Edlira Kastrati is a program manager at Salzburg Global. Based in the Salzburg office, she supports the design, planning, and delivery of programs across Salzburg Global's pillars of finance and governance, education, and peace and justice. Edlira oversees day-to-day implementation, program logistics, and collaboration with partners, participants, and internal teams to ensure programs run smoothly and have meaningful impact. Before joining Salzburg Global, Edlira worked for several years in the higher education sector in Kosovo. She holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from University of Prishtina, a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Tourism Management from FH Salzburg in Austria, and an M.A. in European Union Studies and EU Project Management from FH Burgenland in Austria.
