Edlira Kastrati is a program manager for Peace and Justice at Salzburg Global Seminar. Based in the Salzburg office, she contributes to the design, planning, and delivery of high-impact programs advancing peace, justice, and inclusive governance. In her role, she oversees program implementation and logistics, fosters stakeholder engagement, and supports cross-team collaboration to ensure effective and meaningful outcomes. Prior to joining Salzburg Global, Edlira gained extensive experience working in education in Kosovo and held administrative roles in various non-governmental organizations. She holds a B.A. in English language and literature, an M.A. in cultural heritage and tourism management, and an M.A. in European Union studies and management of EU projects.
