Donna Callejon is a Strategic Advisor at Chapter 3 Insights and has 30+ years of experience in leadership in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Donna had multiple senior roles, including corporate development and international consulting at the housing finance company Fannie Mae from 1986 to 2001. From 2003-2023 Donna was a member of the executive team that built Global Giving into a thriving social enterprise supporting global nonprofits and disaster responders. She is currently an independent consultant, leveraging her experience to help unlock leadership in others. Clients include the Windward Fund, FRESHFARM, and Wisp (tm). She serves on the board of three diverse nonprofits, including co-chairing the Conservation Innovation Fund, which produces water, carbon, and biodiversity "climate assets" for corporate and municipal partners, while aiding climate-smart products and local farmers in the Chesapeake watershed. She holds B.S. from the University of California at Davis and a Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
