Dima Eimesayel

Dima Eimesayel is the Early Childhood Development and Education expert in the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development. She is skilled in creating innovative educational frameworks, integrating behavior science into pedagogy, and leading teams to deliver impactful programs. She has led framework design and content creation for a national behavior change campaign on early reading. She has also designed interactive app-based content including games, animated series, songs, stories, videos and parent tips like Kareem and Jana. Dima is responsible for developing and reviewing the early childhood education and parenting content, and training materials across the entire portfolio of programs and delivering training to trainers and caregivers. Dima has a Masters from San Francisco State University in Early Childhood Education and 18 years’ experience in education.
