Dewi Susanti is Chief of Content and Knowledge at Global School Leaders (GSL), where she is envisioning how school leadership programs could strengthen education interventions, leading research on pathways that allow school leaders to improve student outcomes, and the enabling environments that they need to thrive in low-resourced ecosystems. She brings in more than 20 years of experience improving education equity and quality across academic, private, non-profit, government, and multilateral institutions. She was a Senior Social Development Specialist with the World Bank and Task Team Leader for KIAT Guru, a large-scale trial that improved student outcomes in remote primary schools across Indonesia. She was also a Lead Research Specialist with TNP2K, a think tank under Indonesia's Office of the Vice President, and earlier held roles as Program Director for Education and Quality at Tanoto Foundation and Creative Director at Art Explore. She received the Fulbright and P.E.O. International Peace Scholarships for her Master of Education at Harvard University, and holds a Master of Architecture from UC Berkeley.
