Dennis Kamau Muniu is currently the first elected student board member and Global South representative at the Afro-Asian Institute (AAI), in Salzburg, an NGO dedicated to promoting social justice, education, and intercultural dialogue. Most recently, Dennis was selected for the Aspire Leaders Program, offered by Harvard Business School faculty to support first-generation students through leadership development. Dennis is a 2025 European Forum Alpbach scholarship recipient and a published author. In 2018, he was selected to join the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). Inducted as a Rotarian in 2014, Dennis was recognized as Rotaractor of the Year in 2017 for coordinating over 13 community service projects in his capacity as Club Service Director. Dennis is a graduate of Fachhochschule Salzburg (FH), where he attained his master’s degree in innovation and management with distinction.
