With 20 years of experience, Denise successfully designed and led research, health promotion, service delivery, accountability, policy formulation, monitoring and advocacy in social sectors and public finance management monitoring including rights and inclusion.Through a performance based management system and results based approaches, Denise led N'weti to become one of the most successful organizations, reaching more than 40% of the country's population with development communications campaigns with national level reach with health and development programs and with international reach on irresponsible public debt and fiscal transparency. Denise is adept at developing development communication strategies, devising and producing communication campaigns, raising awareness through various forms of media (including short films, TV and radio, printed media, etc), which have gained Denise and N'weti 7 awards at international short film festivals.
