Danielle Gray

Danielle Gray is an International Security Studies postgraduate at the University of St Andrews and a member of Theirworld’s A Vision for Early Years Taskforce. Representing Theirworld and the Act for Early Years campaign, she works alongside a team of 13 young advocates from 13 countries, where she is one of only 2 representatives based in Europe. Danielle is currently contributing to the development of a Global Youth Vision Statement to guide future policy and financing for early childhood development, care and education. Through community consultancies across the UK, she brings young people’s experiences and priorities into international discussions on education policy, using UNICEF-backed youth foresight methodologies to explore perspectives on the future of learning. The taskforce’s work will feed into the 2027 Global Financial Summit for Early Childhood Education, helping to shape funding and policy commitments to improve lifelong outcomes for the world's youngest children.
