Constanza Alarcón is the deputy minister in the Ministry of Education in Colombia. She is a psychologist by training, and is interested in education and social development public politics. Her professional experience has been concentrated on promoting and improving children's rights. Her priorities are related to human development, innovative to teacher training and strengthening the educational system in her country to transform inequity. Constanza has worked with different Colombian government institutions that promote well-being and child development. She is experienced in early childhood education and has a degree in special education, and a masters in education and social development.
