Consolata Ndungu is a Transformation Programme Officer at Imperial College London. She joined the organization in 2016 after a year spent in skills and employment policy for a UK government body. She is committed to the inclusion of diverse voices in policy making and looking at new ways of engaging people who would not normally be engaged in formal processes. She has worked as part of diverse teams and enjoys translating organizational strategies into practical actions. She was selected as one of 50 young people to participate in Drivers for Change, contributed to the growth of a social network for black women in London, is a Trustee of a charity and serves as a member of the Harrow Regeneration Panel. She received her B.A. in Economics and Politics from the University of Sussex.
