Coltrane is a Programme and Networks Officer at Climate Strategies having joined the organisation in August 2022. Since joining Coltrane has played a coordinating role across a range of climate policy research projects relating to just transitions, energy transitions and solar radiation modification topics. He has a background in scientific research having completed a B.Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of Bristol, followed by an M.Phil in Structural Biology at the Francis Crick Institute in partnership with Imperial College London.
