Chris Lee is a board member serving on 11 Exchange Traded Funds (Matthews ETFs) listed on NYSE. He is a certified director by National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), has been a senior partner for 13 years at FAA Investments and executive coach & mentor for 3 years at The ExCo Leadership Group. Previously, Lee served as an independent director for Asia Master Fund (ASX: AUF) in Australia and Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co Ltd (SEHK: 2208) in China. Earlier in his career, Lee was an investment banker for 18 years at Deutsche Bank, UBS AG and Merrill Lynch. He rose rapidly to managing director in 2004 as divisional business head and served as management committee member globally. Academically, Lee is a part-time professor at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, holding a B.Sc, M.B.A. from UC Berkeley and an ALM from Harvard. Currently, he also serves as Vice Chairman of Salzburg Global. He is a Salzburg Global Fellow and member of its Corporate Governance Advisory Committee.
