Cho Zin is the Deputy Director of Capacity Building at the Institute for Strategy and Policy (ISP) Myanmar, where she oversees capacity-building initiatives, focusing on strengthening policy analysis and advocacy skills within Myanmar. Before joining ISP Myanmar, Cho Zin specialized in policy advocacy and research, working with several renowned international and local NGOs, including Oxfam, where she contributed to key projects and research efforts. Cho Zin co-authored a research paper with a professor from the Asia Research Institute, titled "National Identity in Myanmar," employing a descriptive coding methodology. Additionally, she co-authored the publication "Assessment on Lawmakers' Understanding of Federal and Democratic Principles in Myanmar" at ISP Myanmar. Cho Zin holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, where she was a Lee Kuan Yew Scholar. She also holds a BA in public policy, management, and politics from the City University of Hong Kong.
