Chintan Raj is currently the Program Lead for the Bodoland Territorial Council's Development Programme, where he is responsible for translating policy into actionable governance, catalyzing public systems, and fostering collaborative platforms at the intersection of government, society, and markets. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Program Manager for India's National Rurban Mission under the Ministry of Rural Development. Over his 15+ year career, Chintan has held diverse positions across the central government, three state governments, a philanthropic organization, a multinational conglomerate, and a start-up. An alumnus of the Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellowship and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Chintan has a keen interest in collaborative governance platforms, developing public sector leaders, and promoting creative approaches to knowledge sharing and contextual innovations, contributing to sustainable, equitable, and peaceful development.
