Chaw Muerel Kyaw is the Deputy Executive Director of RAFT Myanmar, a not-for-profit organization providing technical capacity building to various partners in Myanmar. She is an international development professional with senior management positions leading country/field offices, experienced in planning and setting long-term strategic plans, optimizing organizational efficiency, and surpassing organizational objectives. She holds a bachelor's degree in information technology from Thanlyin Technological University, Myanmar, and a master's degree in Business Administration and Strategic Leadership from the University of Northampton, UK. Furthermore, she is an East-West Center, Hawaii scholar, for the Asia Pacific Leadership Program Fellowship.
