Charlene Han

Charlene Han is Director of Strategic Planning in the Prime Minister's Office Strategy Group of Singapore, where she leads the Whole-of-Government strategic planning system and coordinates national priority-setting across sectors. She also serves as Director of Corporate Planning and Organisation Development within PMO-SG. Her career spans work on information and housing policy, early childhood policy, strategic land planning, legislation, regulatory affairs, and sectoral manpower planning.
