Chanda Banda is a government relations and policy manager with experience delivering large scale programmed consisting of multi-partner, cross-geography teams. Chanda's focus has predominantly been on risk management, policy advocacy, systems change and political economy analysis across Sub-Saharan Africa. More recently his focus has been on applying my skills climate change pubic policy analysis and advocacy in Zambia, Malawi and Tanzania.
