Chae Jeong Lee is a policy analyst at the Programme Evaluation Bureau of the National Assembly Budget Office (NABO). She is dealing with evaluating policy issue on the Health and Welfare Committee and Gender Equality and Family Committee of the National Assembly. As a policy analyst, she has published numerous articles on various social policies including early childhood development and education. Ms. Lee is the author of Early Childhood Education and Care Programme Evaluation (2012), Working Parents and Work-Family Balance in Sweden, the UK and Korea (2009), and Exploring Different Approaches to Work-Family Reconciliation in Sweden, Japan and Korea (2009). Ms. Lee holds a B.A. in Social Welfare Policy from Seoul National University and a M.Sc in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford.
