Catherine is a strategic leader and systems thinker who has dedicated her career to transforming government into a collective force capable of addressing the defining challenges of our time. As Co-Founder of the National Strategy Project, she draws on over 25 years of experience in national and international strategy, having worked at the highest levels of government with five of the last seven UK Prime Ministers in strategy-related roles. With a background in biological anthropology-"a how-to guide for being human"-she brings a deeply human lens to public leadership. Her professional track record includes shaping the UK's international and national security strategies, including the Integrated Review; leading high-level assignments with the European Commission and in conflict environments such as Afghanistan and Iraq; and building strategy systems that are grounded in current and future realities. Catherine is a Fellow of Salzburg Global.
