Carina Luecke is director of the Triggerfish Foundation, a South African NGO focused on creating access to animation education. Before joining Triggerfish in 2016, Carina worked for over 10 years as public sector consultant in education and labor market policy in Germany. She evaluated and implemented various programs funded by the German Foreign Office, the Federal Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Commission. Her fields of expertise are employment and TVET-policy, international cooperation, project management, monitoring and evaluation as well as systemic process consulting. Currently, Carina manages the Employment and Skills for Development in Africa (E4D) partnership of Triggerfish Foundation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to train creatives.
