Biplabi is a program director at ARROW(Asian- Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women) Malaysia. She is a human rights activist, an intersectional feminist, and an advocate for gender equality, climate justice, and women, peace, and security (WPS). Over 20 years, her work on reclaiming sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for women in all their diversities is inspired and informed by lived realities of women and girls in Asia. She leads multi-country programs for constituency building on SRHR and its intersections with climate justice and peacebuilding. She has made several interventions at U.N. spaces at the regional and global levels. Before ARROW, Biplabi's focus in Nepal was strengthening the grassroot civil society. Biplabi holds a master's degree in Gender and Peace Building from the University for Peace in Costa Rica as a scholar of the Asian Peacebuilders Scholarship Programme. Photography and cycling are her hobbies.
