Regional Legal Counsel and General Counsel, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Singapore

Benjamin Heng currently serves as regional legal counsel and general counsel for Singapore at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a global leader in servers, supercomputers, cloud computing, and wireless networking equipment. He also serves as vice president and head of legal at YouthTechSG, a registered charity and youth-run NGO that provides scholarships, mentorship, networking and advocacy opportunities for youths. Previously, Benjamin took on the challenge of being the sole legal counsel at MyRepublic, one of Singapore’s major telcos. Prior to that role, he had joined the Singapore Public Service as a government lawyer. Benjamin started his legal career at the Singapore headquarters of the leading Asian law firm Rajah and Tann. He is also a recipient of the Dean’s master fellowship at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) Business School, through which he will be pursuing a master’s degree in global management at HKU in 2026–2027, alongside his roles at HPE and YouthTechSG.
