Bami works collaboratively with practitioners and police to support and enhance innovations currently taking place within the Criminal Justice System, particularly within youth and adult diversion and out-of-court disposals. Bami, alongside the innovative practice team at the Centre, provides evidence-led practical advice and support to frontline staff in criminal justice. Bami has frontline experience working as a warranted police officer for the Metropolitan Police and with children for a gangs and violence prevention charity.
